Situated in the heart of Singapore’s heritage melting pot, the century-old shophouse evokes a warm European feel with exposed brick walls and wood panelling. As it is a conservation project, Facility Asia and the consultant team, had to overcome multiple strategies for authority submissions, whilst executing the project schedule promptly and effectively.
