Harry’s International group appointed Facility Asia for project management services with a refursbishment and re-branding of The Club Hotel. Being a conservation project, the project required multiple strategies for authority approvals and executing the construction programme. Constant building code compliance design challenges arose with Facility Asia working with the consultant team to resolve.
